1. ABOUT US

Mooigoed Design ("we", "us", "our") offers curated jewellery boxes ("Boxes") through our online platform. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. HOW IT WORKS

2.1 Customers choose either a Signature Box or a Luxe Box.

2.2 Each Box is a once-off purchase — there is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic monthly charge.

2.3 Customers complete their payment for each Box they order.

2.4 No new Box is prepared or dispatched until successful payment has been received.

2.5 Customers complete a jewellery style profile which Mooigoed uses to thoughtfully curate each Box.

2.6 Customers do not select or receive a guarantee of exact jewellery pieces. The surprise element forms part of the product experience.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

3.1 All payments are processed securely through PayFast.

3.2 Payment methods include card, EFT, and SnapScan.

3.3 No card details are stored for future payments.

3.4 There is no recurring card authorisation or debit order.

3.5 Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3.6 Mooigoed may send an optional, friendly invitation to order another Box. This invitation creates no obligation, no debt, and no penalty if ignored.

4. CURATION & THE SURPRISE ELEMENT

4.1 Each Box is thoughtfully curated by the Mooigoed team based on the customer's style profile.

4.2 The specific jewellery pieces included in each Box are selected at Mooigoed's discretion.

4.3 Customers acknowledge that the surprise element is an intentional part of the product experience.

4.4 Mooigoed does not guarantee specific brands, designs, or piece types.

5. SHIPPING

5.1 Boxes ship within 7 working days after successful payment and completion of all required style and delivery information.

5.2 Courier transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from the 7-working-day preparation period.

5.3 Delivery options include PUDO locker collection and door-to-door courier, depending on the Box selected.

6. AMENDMENTS

6.1 Mooigoed reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

6.2 Customers will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
