1. PREPARATION TIME

1.1 Boxes ship within 7 working days after successful payment and completion of all required style and delivery information.

1.2 Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

1.3 The 7-working-day period is a preparation (curation and packing) period, not a delivery time.

2. COURIER TRANSIT TIME

2.1 Courier transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from the 7-working-day preparation period.

2.2 Typical courier transit time is 1–3 working days within major South African centres.

2.3 Delivery to outlying areas may take longer.

3. DELIVERY OPTIONS

3.1 Signature Box: PUDO locker collection included. Door-to-door courier available for an additional R150 upgrade fee.

3.2 Luxe Box: Door-to-door courier delivery included at no additional charge.

3.3 PUDO locker collection is available at selected locker locations across South Africa.

4. TRACKING

4.1 Once your Box is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

4.2 You can track your delivery through your account dashboard or the courier's tracking system.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

5.1 If you are not available for courier delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a collection notice.

5.2 PUDO locker collections are available 24/7 at the selected locker location.

5.3 Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Mooigoed is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
