1. ORDER MODEL

1.1 Mooigoed operates a pay-per-box model. Customers order and pay for a Box when they choose.

1.2 There is no subscription, no recurring billing, no automatic monthly charge, and no debit order.

1.3 There is no long-term contract or commitment.

1.4 Customers may order as frequently or infrequently as they wish.

2. PRICING

2.1 The Signature Box is R399.

2.2 The Luxe Box is R699.

2.3 A courier upgrade fee of R150 applies if a Signature Box customer selects door-to-door courier delivery instead of PUDO locker collection.

2.4 Luxe Box includes door-to-door courier delivery at no additional charge.

2.5 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 All payments are processed securely through PayFast.

3.2 Accepted payment methods include card, EFT, and SnapScan.

3.3 No card details are stored. No recurring card authorisation is created.

3.4 Payment must be completed in full before a Box is prepared or dispatched.

3.5 No new Box is prepared until successful payment has been received.

4. REPEAT-BOX INVITATIONS

4.1 Approximately 25 to 30 days after a successful payment, Mooigoed may send one friendly invitation to order another Box.

4.2 This invitation is entirely optional. No payment is owed. No penalty applies if the invitation is ignored.

4.3 No order is created, and no Box is prepared, until the customer actively chooses to order and complete payment.

5. STYLE PROFILE

5.1 Customers complete a jewellery style profile before payment.

5.2 The style profile is used by Mooigoed to thoughtfully curate the Box.

5.3 Customers may update their style profile at any time for future Boxes.

5.4 An order-level snapshot of the style profile is saved at the time of payment for curation accuracy.

6. THE SURPRISE ELEMENT

6.1 Each Box is curated by the Mooigoed team based on the customer's style profile.

6.2 Customers do not select exact jewellery pieces.

6.3 The surprise element is an intentional and valued part of the product experience.
